Submit an Event to the Pathways Calendar – Posting Guidelines

We welcome events that support individuals on their journey to becoming professional engineers in Canada. To ensure the calendar remains relevant and useful, all event submissions must meet the following guidelines:

1. Relevance
Events should support students or engineering graduates seeking licensure. Examples include guidance on: National Professional Practice Examination (NPPE), Experience Record/ Competency-Based Assessment (CBA), licensure application, technical exams, academic requirements, licensure process, mentorship, etc.

2. Required information
Each submission must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the event date, and include: event title, format (virtual, in-person, or hybrid), date, time, time zone, description, intended audience, organizer contact information, registration link, cost (if any), and language of delivery.

3. Professional standards
Events must reflect Engineers Canada’s values. Sales-focused content will not be accepted.

4. Geographic scope
Events should primarily serve Canadian engineering audiences. International events may be considered if they clearly support Canadian licensure or pathways.

5. Provider accountability
Engineers Canada reserves the right to decline or remove any event. If significant negative feedback is received about an event or provider, we may restrict or discontinue postings from that provider.

Thank you for helping us keep Pathway to Engineering a trusted resource for engineering journeys in Canada.
