Pathway to Engineering is a resource to connect engineering graduates to knowledge about the licensure process and create a community of professionals who can support them on their journey.

The engineering profession has committed to increasing the number of newly licensed engineers who are women to 30 per cent by 2030. However, we are at risk of not achieving our goal. 2030 is only six years away, and female-identifying newly licensed engineers only account for less than 20 per cent of the engineering profession in Canada. Now is the time to unite the engineering community to refocus our efforts and create meaningful change to advance gender equity in engineering.
